Different from the original fuel-driven locomotive, the interior of the electric "small train" is divided into two spaces: the cab and the power distribution room. The operating console and the driver's seat are installed in the cab; the power supply cabinet is installed in the power distribution room. , Frequency conversion cabinet, PLC cabinet, etc. The power distribution room and the cab are equipped with air conditioners, which can ensure that the indoor temperature reaches the normal working temperature of the electrical components.
"The working environment is much better now than before! In the past, we could work at a temperature of 3-40 degrees. Now we have air conditioning and fully automatic equipment. I am really happy!" said the locomotive crew happily.
The commissioning of the new locomotive not only improves the working environment, but also greatly reduces labor costs. Prior to this, the kerb weight of the fuel locomotives used at the terminal was 92 tons and the load was about 1,300 tons. Each vehicle needed to be equipped with 8 to 12 drivers and crews every year. The current electric "small train" has 32 sections and a rated towing capacity of 3,000 tons. Each car only needs to be equipped with 4 to 6 drivers per year.
