"Traction Electric Drive System for Rail Transit Part 2: Locomotives and EMUs" (GB/T 37863.2-2021) is the first to be formulated. The standard specifies the system composition, technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules of the traction electric drive system of locomotives and EMUs, and is applicable to the traction electric drive systems of AC drive locomotives and EMUs. The standard clarifies system function and performance requirements, system protection requirements, and provides system characteristic curves and test methods. Traction electric drive system is a key component of electromechanical energy conversion in rail transit. This standard fills the gap in the standard of traction electric drive system for locomotives and EMUs in the field of rail transit, which can effectively improve the power quality of locomotives, improve control characteristics, and promote energy saving and consumption reduction.
The "Regulations on the Protection of Electrical Hidden Hazards of Rail Transit Rolling Stocks" (GB/T 21414-2021) is a revision of the "Regulations on the Protection of Electrical Hidden Hazards of Railway Rolling Stocks" (GB/T 21414-2008). The standard specifies the protection requirements for electrical hazards in the design and manufacture of electrical installations and equipment of rolling stock, and is applicable to rail rolling stock, externally powered road transport vehicles (such as trams), maglev vehicles and equipment on the above rolling stock. Compared with GB/T 21414-2008, this standard adds calculation requirements for the resistance value of the protection connection channel, additional technical requirements for bearings, etc.; revised the general requirements for direct contact protection, insulation protection, and voltage levels I to III. Technical requirements such as reserved spacing, protection of closed electrical operation area of voltage class IV, reserved spacing, protection of class I voltage (ELV), etc., technical requirements of equipotential bonding, main protective connection, power circuit, etc. of indirect contact protection. This standard improves the methods and measures for the protection of electrical hazards of rolling stock, and plays an important role in preventing personnel from being injured when the electrical equipment of rolling stock is in normal use or fails.
"Electrical Equipment for Rail Transit Rolling Stocks - Part 2: General Rules for Electrical Devices" (GB/T 21413.2-2021) is a reference to "Electrical Equipment for Railway Rolling Stocks - Part 2: General Rules for Electrical Devices" (GB/T 21413.2-2008) revision. The standard specifies general rules for electrical components installed in the main circuit, auxiliary circuit, control circuit and indicating circuit of rolling stock, and applies to electrical components on rolling stock. Compared with GB/T 21413.2-2008, this standard adds creepage distance requirements, circuit resistance, rated making and breaking capacity test methods; revised operating overvoltage, short-time withstand current capacity requirements, temperature rise verification, resistance Test methods for shock and vibration, critical current range, climate, etc. Electrical devices are important components of the electrical system of rolling stock. This standard further standardizes the basic and general requirements for electrical devices of rolling stock electrical equipment.
"Electronic Devices for Rail Transit Locomotives" (GB/T 25119-2021) is a revision to "Electronic Devices for Rail Transit Locomotives" (GB/T 25119-2010). The standard specifies the requirements for the use, design, manufacture and testing of electronic devices of rolling stock, as well as the basic requirements for software and hardware required for durability and reliability of the device, and is suitable for control, regulation, protection, diagnosis, and power supply installed on rail transit rolling stock. electronic devices for other purposes. Compared with GB/T 25119-2010, this standard increases the technical requirements for ambient temperature and power supply voltage fluctuation, and modifies the low temperature, high temperature and alternating damp heat test methods. This standard improves the operating environment conditions, electrical requirements and test methods for the electronic devices of rail transit locomotives and vehicles, and provides a technical basis for ensuring the use, safety and reliability of the electrical control systems of locomotives and vehicles.
"Rail Transit Communication, Signal and Processing System Control and Protection System Software" (GB/T 28808-2021) is a revision of "Rail Transit Communication, Signal and Processing System Control and Protection System Software" (GB/T 28808-2012) . The standard specifies the technical requirements for software development of programmable electronic systems used in rail traffic control and protection applications, applicable to software in any field with (and implied) safety in rail traffic, and between software and the system in which the software resides interaction. Compared with GB/T 28808-2012, this standard adds technical requirements for software deployment, software maintenance, software testing, and key capabilities of software roles, and modifies the independence requirements for software management and organization, and the control requirements for software development output documents. This standard improves the organizational framework, system, measures, life cycle and other technical contents related to the software safety integrity level, which can effectively promote the software development and safety certification of rail transit communication and signal processing systems.
"Technical Conditions for Testing Railway Wagon Dumpers and Bulk Cargo Thawing Storehouses" (GB/T 18818-2021) is a revision to "Technical Conditions for Testing Railway Wagon Dumpers and Bulk Cargo Thawing Stores" (GB/T 18818-2002). The standard specifies the technical requirements and inspection methods for railway truck dumpers and bulk cargo thawing warehouses, and is suitable for dumping and unloading railway truck dumpers and bulk cargo thawing warehouses with a total weight of 120t or less. Compared with GB/T 18818-2002, this standard adds the requirements for the installation of anti-slip devices on the empty-weight line of the dumper, the turning force of the shunting machine, and the installation of anti-slip devices in the thawing warehouse, as well as the inspection methods for the dumper and the thawing warehouse. ;Modified the requirements for the limit of the dumper, the pressing beam, the supporting beam, the vibrator, and the heating and thawing of the thawing warehouse. This standard fills in the blank of standards for railway truck dumpers and bulk cargo thawing warehouses with a single truck gross weight of 120t or less, and provides technical support for improving the loading and unloading efficiency and loading and unloading safety of railway bulk cargo.
"Large Railway Maintenance Machinery Rail Flaw Detection Vehicle" (GB/T 28426-2021) is a revision of "Large Ultrasonic Rail Flaw Detection Vehicle" (GB/T 28426-2012).
